Great article as always, I am curious, and this might just be a royal PITA, is it possible to provide link(s) to a quick reference to all the initialism/acronyms of the gear you are referring to? I doubt it would be trivial to do like a tool tip for them but even just a "Dramatis Personae", but, you know... for gear hehe. Would be cool, otherwise I can ride the Google Train NBD. Thanks for the education sir!

Yes, great point, Peter. Back when I had professional editors (before I went independent), they would always get on me about spelling out acronyms, explaining military jargon, etc. I seem to have unconsciously drifted away from that. I shall endeavor to bring that habit back.

Excellent analysis - with recommended solutions! I do think hardened (M113/Bradley) ambulances are the best answer.

What the US Should Learn Before Its Next War

You mean the one TACO Don just started with Iran? That one?

Unfortunately, yes. My goal would be to keep soldiers alive, even in a needless, ridiculous, unjust war that was started for political reasons by a person who is obsessed with their own power, and nothing else.

We can discuss if you'd like. TACO Don is actually peripheral to the attack. As she has done two or three times in the past, Israel will do everything necessary to prevent enemies from attaining nuclear capability. I detest Netanyahu, but I also know that much as this looks like wag the dog, all past Israeli PMs would have pulled the trigger, given how close the intelligence suggests the mullah are to building their first nukes.

I really like the concept of having Bradleys outfitted as emergency medical units.

Were medivacs, filed hospitals, paramedics...always targets. I thought in recent history there were some level of decency to war.

Imagine putting in a 9 Liner into a one single button! And it stands up a CASEVAC within the instant. Now, that is some life saving tech.
