I'd say Ukraine is already a battle lab; like, yes, all the equipment we've sent has been used against Russian-armed foreign militarities (at least, big stuff like Patriots, M1s, Bradleys, and F16s) but not without some asterisks stemming from those militarities being constrained in some way or another. This is the full-bore real deal and so far tests have proven successful
Side note: weird that AMPV only has space for a six-man squad when most infantry squads are nine.
Have you written or do you know of any written breakdowns of Ukraine military aid by whether the armament/combat systems etc are ones we will replace and which ones are coming from surplus/expired systems?
Just get one, just one, Qatari official to whisper to trumpty what a good idea it would be and stand back as they fly across the Atlantic.
It seems like we have 80 M10 Bookers which we don’t know what to do with. Perhaps we should give them to Ukraine.

9 grunts with a combat load are packed in like sardines in those older vehicles, and it can be difficult to get out quickly if it gets hit.
yeah, thats a fair point. We had 11 in an M113 one patrol and that wasn't too great.
Exciting info!
Slava Ukraini!
Excellent write up as always. “No one rides for free”. Yes indeed. I am guessing Budanov has his own sources of Kompromat by now.
